01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 777kb website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at 777kb.net.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the 777kb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created upon successful registration on 777kb.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player from personal funds held in the player's 777kb account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, which is the functional currency of the 777kb platform.
• "Gaming Authority" refers to the internationally recognised regulatory body under whose licence 777kb operates.
• "Prohibited Territories" refers to jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly restricted by local law, as updated by 777kb from time to time.

02 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 777kb platform — including browsing game lobbies, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the 777kb Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location, device, or method of access. Where 777kb provides a translated or localised version of these Terms for convenience, the English-language version shall govern in the event of any discrepancy or conflict.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a 777kb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777kb enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of 777kb or its affiliated studios and suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 777kb or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

777kb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 777kb at any given time. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777kb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 777kb account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777kb support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

777kb will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777kb that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Players are advised to use a strong, unique password for their 777kb account and to enable two-factor authentication where available. 777kb accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain reasonable account security practices.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777kb are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, and 1LINK. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

By depositing funds into your 777kb account, you confirm that the funds originate from a source that is lawfully yours and that you are not using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity. 777kb complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by 777kb following identity verification.
• Players must complete any applicable identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds derived from bonus balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• 777kb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of internal fraud or compliance checks.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative. 777kb accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777kb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions that apply across all 777kb offers include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the stated validity period before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings from wagering requirements not met by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Certain games may contribute a reduced percentage — or zero — toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are displayed in the relevant promotion terms.
• 777kb reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, 777kb will honour any wagering progress made up to the point of cancellation in a fair and reasonable manner.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional structures — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to hedge bonus wagering requirements — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 777kb — including casino game wagers, sports betting markets, live dealer bets, and any other wagering product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game or market rules.

Sports Betting: All cricket, PSL, football, and other sports markets are subject to 777kb sportsbook rules. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a result dispute, 777kb's determination — following review of available official data — shall be final.

Casino Games: All casino games on 777kb use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome. 777kb does not manipulate game outcomes.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error that affects an active game or bet, 777kb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Where a game result has been determined and recorded prior to the error, that result shall stand.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777kb platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account relationship.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 777kb.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploits must be reported to 777kb immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777kb staff, live dealer personnel, or other platform users.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion, account closure, or promotional restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777kb platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777kb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 777kb.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777kb, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions or voluntary wagers.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 777kb's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777kb, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

777kb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player from the account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further wagers are blocked until the limit period resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which login access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account exclusion of a minimum of 6 months. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

777kb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's financial institution.
• Discovery that the player is a minor or does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Any conduct that 777kb, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 777kb reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including real money balances derived from transactions that are found to have been made in bad faith — subject to compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any real money balance remaining will be returned to the player following standard withdrawal processing.

13 Amendments to Terms

777kb may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777kb will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 777kb platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777kb holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising between a player and 777kb that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process described in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the applicable Gaming Authority under whose licence 777kb operates.
